Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough testing of software applications, including functional, regression, and performance testing, to identify bugs and ensure optimal performance.
Record, report, and track defects using issue tracking tools. Collaborate with development teams to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of test results, including detailed reports on defects, test coverage, and testing processes.
Assist in the development and execution of automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Work closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on software usability and functionality.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and practices.

Requirements

Previous experience in software quality assurance or testing is highly desirable.
Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies is beneficial.
Proficiency in using testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail) and understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) for test automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
High school diploma.

Nice to Have

Experience with automation testing tools and scripting.
Knowledge of medical device software standards or regulated environments.
