Senior Software Tester

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing of web applications and technologies.
• Conduct data testing using tools such as SQL, MSSQL, MS SQL Management Studio, and Oracle.
• Build automation frameworks and automate Windows or Web-based applications using UFT tool.
• Serve as a liaison with Developers, Product Managers, and Project Managers.
• Switch between functional, automation, and manual testing based on project needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on QA experience with at least 8+ years of database testing.
• Strong SQL skills are a must.
• Experience in data testing using tools such as SQL, MSSQL, MS SQL Management Studio, and Oracle.
• Experience in functional testing of web applications and technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to switch between functional, automation, and manual testing as needed.
• Experience building automation frameworks and automating Windows or Web-based applications using UFT is preferred.
• Experience working in any Reporting products.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Microsoft Azure.
• Business Analyst mindset or skill to evaluate user experience and make recommendations.
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly and implement them.
• Experience working in Agile Development Methodology.
• DevOps - CI/CD experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of QA experience.
• At least 8+ years of database testing experience.
