Senior Vice President, Marketing Solutions Business Development and Special Projects

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the growth of TransUnion's Marketing Solutions business by evaluating, partnering, managing, and developing technology and service partnerships.
• Conduct market research on technologies and trends aligned with product vision and lead market development efforts through partnerships and business development opportunities.
• Develop, communicate, and execute a three-year strategic partnership roadmap in collaboration with Product Management.
• Gather market intelligence on macro-economic and industry trends, consumer behaviors, regulatory changes, disruptive innovations, and competitive offerings to refine the product roadmap.
• Represent TransUnion as a thought leader at industry conferences and in media engagements.
• Prioritize data investments and product development roadmaps based on input from vertical leaders and sales teams.
• Lead teams of global subject matter experts and strategists to execute strategic initiatives and special projects, including operational improvements and growth strategies.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in business development or related roles with a proven track record of delivering value, preferably including non-U.S. markets.
• Executive management and leadership experience in building and growing global teams.
• Strong project management and operational management skills.
• Experience in building and executing strategies for organizational initiatives.
• Proven ability to leverage cross-functional and matrix resources to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage relationships with stakeholders including senior leadership and external partners.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline; MBA or other Master's degree highly desired.
• Agile and emotionally intelligent with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
• Process-driven, structured thinker, and highly collaborative.

• Experience with market research and trend analysis in the marketing ecosystem.
• Experience in strategic partnership development and market expansion.
• Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
• MBA or other Master's degree highly desired.
