The role involves driving growth for the Digital Small Business Segment by leveraging customer data signals, collaborating across organizations, and executing strategic initiatives to increase ARR and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical deep dives into digital journeys across traffic, conversion, initial purchase, add ons, retention, and upgrades with clear insights on trends and growth levers.
  • Collaborate across organizations to drive A/B testing to increase conversion across web and phone channels.
  • Partner with marketing, product management, adobe.com, and commerce teams to drive initiatives across acquisition, retention, and upsell that will help achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Provide quarterly financial outlook updates based on leading indicators and trends.
  • Lead promo strategy and execution across multiple digital surfaces.
  • Work across matrixed organizations to achieve common goals and drive growth.
  • Build perspective around opportunities based on data that will lead to prioritization of the most critical opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Masters or equivalent experience in related field with 5+ years of commerce, software, management consulting, or business analytics experience.
  • Data driven with strong analytical skills and an ability to quickly turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience pulling data from multiple sources using Tableau, Power BI, Web Analytics, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of digital business models and how to test and optimize customer experiences to deliver results.
  • Understanding of customer journey metrics and how they translate into ARR.
  • Demonstrated ability to build cross functional partnerships with key teams including Product Management, Growth, Product Marketing, and Program/Project Management.
  • Outstanding communication and social skills with the desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action, highly articulate, makes arguments in a compelling manner.
  • Strong teammate and great sense of humor!

  • Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Knowledge of the Adobe ecosystem and digital sales processes.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in related fields such as commerce, software, management consulting, or business analytics.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive salary range of $125,500 -- $220,800 annually, varying by location and experience.
  • Potential eligibility for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
  • Short-term incentives through sales commissions or the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
