About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, shape and execute social and influencer strategy including social listening, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
• Analyze trends, behaviors, and conversations to identify opportunities for brand activation and integrate insights into brand workflows.
• Cultivate and maintain appropriate behaviors in social communities, develop and deploy organic content, and engage in online conversations that align with brand voice.
• Drive reach and relevance through authentic storytelling with creators and influencers, identify and build a roster of agencies and platforms, and facilitate content approvals.
• Define and oversee end-to-end influencer campaign management processes.
• Establish operating models for paid social boosting of creator/influencer content and develop related guidelines.
• Foster discovery in emerging channels, establish an affiliate model, merchandise digital shelves, and develop creator networks focused on performance marketing.
• Ensure influencer and brand ambassador activations are integrated with trade planning efforts.
• Measure investment impacts, track campaigns and budgets, and collaborate with data agencies to create an integrated data platform.
• Leverage AI insights for strategic decision-making and optimize campaigns in real-time.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or brand activation with at least 6 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools.
• Familiarity with social listening tools and community management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or brand activation.
