This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. It offers a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency, working directly with mid-market and enterprise clients to create and execute high-performing social media advertising strategies, primarily on LinkedIn, for B2B businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts.
  • Serve as direct support to client contacts.
  • Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks and quality.
  • Build strategies for clients each quarter.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns.
  • Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.
  • Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM.
  • Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals via client relationships and professional network.
  • Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns.
  • Communicate results, create custom strategies, and support campaign execution for clients.
  • Support internal and client goals in collaboration with the team.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency supporting B2B clients.
  • Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc.
  • Strong understanding of paid principles including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms.
  • Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
  • Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to translate strategy into data-driven stories and communicate results effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and operate necessary office tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with programmatic advertising campaigns.
  • Experience with additional advertising platforms and tools such as 6Sense, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
  • Travel willingness to visit clients approximately once per year.

Qualifications

  • Formal experience supporting B2B clients in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other advertising tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills.
