About the Role

The Social Media Ambassador at Zehnder's of Frankenmuth is responsible for assisting the Digital Marketing Manager in growing the company's presence across all social media platforms. The role involves engaging with the online community, creating content, and promoting Zehnder's brand image in alignment with the company's values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Generate engaging and original content for all social media channels, including posts, stories, and videos for all divisions daily.
Actively interact with the audience, respond to comments, reviews, and messages to foster a positive and inclusive online community.
Advocate for Zehnder's brand standards, values, and mission within social media guidelines.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities, and provide regular reports on engagement metrics and performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred and at least 2 years of experience in a related field.
Excellent communication and verbal skills, outgoing, positive, and self-motivated.
Data entry skills and ability to multitask.
Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Strong skills in lifestyle, travel, and food photography.
Natural storytelling ability through photo and video content.
Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, or similar platforms.
Comfortable photographing on location at hotels, restaurants, golf courses.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
