Social Media & Email Market Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all company social media pages through Facebook, X, Instagram, Pinterest, UnTappd, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Google, TikTok, YouTube and more with brand consistency.
• Co-strategize with Social Media Content Creator in creating engaging and creative content for social media, email, website, and other digital platforms.
• Run digital ads through Facebook, Instagram, Google and more.
• Manage day-to-day messaging and engage with all guests and vendors across all social channels.
• Create and add new events, company updates, and store happenings as needed.
• Create and launch email marketing campaigns through Busch's internal CRM system.
• Create and launch text marketing campaigns.
• Plan and coordinate in-store and off-site events to increase engagement between Busch's and guests.
• Enhance community image through appropriate sponsorships.
• Promote B2B marketing by partnering with vendors and neighboring businesses on social media and email campaigns.
• Collect feedback from MyWay members to improve service and products.
• Analyze social media results to gauge campaign success and provide recommendations.
• Contribute to organizational effectiveness with suggestions and recommendations.
• Represent Busch's at sponsored and hosted events, posting engaging content live.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with time-sensitive processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in communications, marketing, journalism, business or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of creating images, photos and videos for email, text and social platforms.
• Experience managing social media business accounts.
• Experience running Facebook ads preferred.
• Some public relations knowledge and/or experience preferred.
• Some retail experience preferred.
• Proficient organization and planning skills to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
• Proficient presentation skills, including public speaking and communicating confidently with guests and team members.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal and listening skills.
• Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word and email.
• Ability to learn and use a variety of proprietary applications and technology.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Lifelong learner passionate about food, people, and enhancing digital connections.

Nice to Have

• Experience running Facebook ads.
• Some public relations knowledge and/or experience.
• Some retail experience.
