Social Media and Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
• Create and post engaging, faith-driven content (reels, stories, behind-the-scenes, captions, etc.)
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and DMs, and build community
• Track social growth and adjust strategy based on analytics
• Assist with content creation during local events, rehearsals, and shows (Nashville-based)
• Collaborate directly with LUCIA to capture and reflect her voice and message

Requirements

• Experienced in managing or growing social accounts (personal or professional)
• Skilled with tools like Canva, CapCut, or basic video/photo editing apps
• Passionate about Christian music and digital ministry
• Organized, self-motivated, and consistent with deadlines
• Based in or near Nashville and available for occasional in-person content creation

• Experience with social media management (1-2 years)
