Social Media & Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Complies with all MRD Safety policies and procedures
• Ability to get FAA Part 107 drone license within 30 days of hire (if not already licensed)
• Operate all drones and other equipment in a safe, efficient, and professional manner
• Spend most of their time in the field to collect and create content
• Manage social media platforms
• Create video reels, highlight videos, safety videos, etc.
• Stay overnight in hotels as needed depending on scheduling and job site locations
• Work early mornings and long days
• Work in various weather conditions and get their feet muddy
• Directly report and communicate with the Marketing Manager

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation to the home base
• Clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations within last 3 years)
• Must pass pre-employment drug test
• Clean criminal background
• Self-starter and flexible with schedule changes
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Innovative mindset
• Previous video editing software experience strongly preferred
• At least 1-2 years of social media or marketing experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred, but not required
