About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the senior coordinator and coordinator on various projects related to films, custom programs, banner ads, media rotation, reporting, contracting, invoicing, and administrative duties.
• Assisting with scheduling and general office tasks, including supporting digital promotions for upcoming films.
• Developing digital content such as imagery, descriptions, and videos for multiple brands.
• Managing digital media programs and ensuring the timely delivery of creative assets.
• Seeking innovative ways to engage target consumers and press across digital media.
• Assisting with the main client social brand and title-specific digital needs.
• Participating in building out an internal CRM system to leverage first-party data.
• Supporting day-to-day digital community management on brand social platforms.
• Summarizing and analyzing research data to support presentations and projects.
• Tracking competitive advertising and monitoring marketplace activity to maintain competitive tracking data.
• Managing multiple outside creative agencies and providing clear, concise creative feedback.
• Participating in team brainstorming sessions.
• Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
• Helping schedule for VP and team members.

Requirements

• Passion for social media platforms, digital trends, emerging technologies, digital marketing, and movies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience, including internships.
• Experience with project management related to digital promotions.
• Familiarity with office products, Adobe products, Google suite, and MS Office suite is preferred.
• Prior experience with a marketing agency is a plus.
