About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and execute strategies for Instagram Stories, Facebook, X, and Threads that align with the brand's identity and engage the audience.
• Create and schedule eye-catching content tailored to each platform, focusing on visual storytelling and community engagement.
• Stay ahead of the latest trends, features, and best practices to maintain high organic reach and engagement.
• Actively engage with the community across all platforms to foster conversation and interaction.
• Collaborate with the Creative, Editorial, and Partnerships teams to develop content strategies supporting brand and partner goals.
• Explore opportunities for revenue-impacting projects that align with the brand's vibe and captivate the audience.
• Use analytics tools to track performance metrics, uncover insights, and generate reports to optimize strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on content strategies and platform performance for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a social media role, focusing on content creation and platform management for Instagram Stories, Facebook, X, and Threads.
• Strong understanding of each platform's features and engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills with attention to detail and design.
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills for developing innovative content ideas.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growth.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
