Social Media Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness
• Manage daily content creation, scheduling, and posting across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
• Design and produce visual content including graphics, short-form videos, and promotional materials
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to keep content relevant and effective
• Optimize content for SEO and support broader digital marketing initiatives
• Track and report on performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on insights
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community across platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
• Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and platform algorithms
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Ads
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects
• Background in graphic design, marketing, or communications is a strong plus
