Social Media Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other platforms.
• Monitor trends in beauty, skincare, and digital engagement to stay ahead of the curve.
• Coordinate photo/video shoots for product launches, tutorials, influencer takeovers, etc.
• Track analytics and performance metrics to continuously improve reach and engagement.
• Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage community conversations.

Requirements

• Portfolio required showcasing branded content and campaigns (personal blog work will not be accepted).
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
• Previous experience with brand identity, social media management tools (Later, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.), and basic photo/video editing.
• Strong understanding of trends in the beauty industry.
