About the Role

The Social Media Coordinator role is a permanent position based onsite in Overland Park, working with a team of highly intelligent, passionate, and innovative professionals driven by mission and purpose. The position involves developing social media strategies, implementing campaigns, and enhancing the company's online presence across multiple platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube. The role offers up to $55,000 annually with exceptional benefits, focusing on creativity, engagement, and data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop & implement social media strategies to grow brand visibility.
Create, curate, and post compelling multimedia content.
Engage with audiences in a timely and authentic manner.
Monitor platform analytics to boost campaigns and optimize results.
Manage a content calendar to keep campaigns on track.
Run paid social campaigns with smart budget management.
Stay ahead of social trends and real-time opportunities.

Requirements

Proven experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
Fluency in analytics tools & social platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Creative flair for storytelling, design, and audience engagement.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Facebook Insights, Blogging, Brand Awareness, Budget Processes, Campaign Planning.
Bonus Skills: Graphic design or video editing tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
