About the Role

Looking for a Social Media Coordinator to drive this department with innovative ideas to help grow the company's social platforms while maintaining the overall company message and guidelines. This is a remote position based in Boise, with occasional onsite content required for events or campaign launches. The role involves developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer satisfaction, working closely with the marketing team to create compelling content, manage social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels to foster community engagement.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
Use analytics tools to measure the success of social media activities and provide regular reports on KPIs.
Stay updated on emerging trends in social media, digital marketing, and industry developments.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
Build monthly campaign reports to assist Project Managers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong knowledge of popular social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Must be a team player and open to helping with campaigns, sometimes out of town.
Digital Media knowledge is a plus.
