Organization: SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Bay Position Overview: A skilled customer relations professional passionate about offering the highest level of support, this position will actively monitor and respond to patients and other audience members across social media and web properties to provide support, categorize conversations, and flag trends. Actively listen, engage, and lead the conversation about Sutter Health across top social media properties including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Yelp, Google, and others. Represent the face of the brand and provide first-class customer service and support for all conversational touch points in social media and online review channels - whether it's a question from a prospect, a technical problem raised by a patient, an issue with billing, complaints, or positive engagements and sharing of stories from customers. The formal job title will be Social Media Strategist. This role will identify opportunities and issues in real-time with an analytical eye and engage both internal and external communities through established 1:1 online communication best practices. It will support the development and execution of communication strategies and help implement new ways to serve and nurture our online communities.
