About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities using social listening tools.
• Utilize SEO techniques to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.
• Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Buffer to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions while maintaining budget constraints.
• Engage with followers through relationship management practices to foster community growth.
• Conduct keyword research to inform content strategy and improve search rankings.
• Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and public relations to ensure innovative approaches in social media management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing or management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong skills in content creation including graphic design, photography, video editing, and proofreading.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for tracking performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on branding and public relations strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of e-commerce principles is a plus.
• A passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
