About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
• Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Edit videos and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite to enhance visual storytelling.
• Proofread all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for engagement.
• Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
• Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze data effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to create compelling narratives.
• Familiarity with social listening tools is a plus.
