We are hiring a Social Media Marketing Manager to grow our B2B presence on professional and industry platforms. This role will focus on thought leadership, lead generation, and engaging decision-makers in target accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute LinkedIn-first B2B social strategies.
Create and manage campaigns that drive engagement and inbound leads.
Promote webinars, whitepapers, case studies, and industry events.
Analyze performance metrics (engagement rate, lead form conversions, account engagement).
Manage brand reputation and thought leadership content across digital channels.
Partner with Sales to amplify ABM campaigns.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3 years of B2B social media experience.
Expertise in LinkedIn and industry-specific networks.
Experience with paid social campaigns targeting business decision-makers.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for professional audiences.
Proven ability to translate social efforts into pipeline results.

Nice to Have

Experience with industry-specific networks beyond LinkedIn.
Knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools.
Experience in B2B marketing or related fields.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3 years of B2B social media experience.
