We are hiring a Social Media Marketing Manager to grow our B2B presence on professional and industry platforms. This role will focus on thought leadership, lead generation, and engaging decision-makers in target accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute LinkedIn-first B2B social strategies.
  • Create and manage campaigns that drive engagement and inbound leads.
  • Promote webinars, whitepapers, case studies, and industry events.
  • Analyze performance metrics (engagement rate, lead form conversions, account engagement).
  • Manage brand reputation and thought leadership content across digital channels.
  • Partner with Sales to amplify ABM campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3 years of B2B social media experience.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn and industry-specific networks.
  • Experience with paid social campaigns targeting business decision-makers.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for professional audiences.
  • Proven ability to translate social efforts into pipeline results.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with industry-specific networks beyond LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience in B2B marketing or related fields.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
