Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create compelling content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to drive traffic and conversions.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, audience feedback, and competitor activity through social listening.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly while fostering relationships with the online community.
• Conduct proofreading of all published content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand voice.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices in e-commerce and branding.
• Assist in video editing and photography for social media posts as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of public relations principles and relationship management skills.
• Experience in content creation, graphic design, digital marketing, and video editing is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with e-commerce strategies is a plus.
