Key Responsibilities

  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Bluesky, Instagram/Reels, and YouTube.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Copy edit and proofread social media copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Drive employee advocacy through strategic initiatives such as a weekly newsletter, expanding platform reach, and orchestrating engaging contests.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to the marketing team, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategy.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure messaging consistency across all platforms.
  • Assist in creating visual content, such as graphics, images, and videos, to complement social media posts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret results to improve strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of social media and employee advocacy management tools (e.g., Marketo, Sprinklr, EveryoneSocial).
  • Understanding of reporting best practices and ability to present data in a digestible format.
  • Effective communicator with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable with change and growth — open to evolving ideas, shifting priorities, and adapting to different communication styles or creative directions as the brand and team grow.
