About the Role

The Social Media Specialist role is a part-time position focused on optimizing and managing the company's LinkedIn presence. The role involves developing content strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement on LinkedIn. The position is based in Pittsburgh, PA, and offers a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize company and LinkedIn profiles for visibility, credibility, and engagement.
  • Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Create and manage LinkedIn campaigns, including sponsored content and InMail.
  • Grow and engage followers through organic and paid tactics.
  • Monitor analytics and KPIs to refine strategy and report performance.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on LinkedIn trends and algorithm changes.
  • Train internal teams on LinkedIn best practices and personal branding.
  • Collaborate with company leaders to align LinkedIn efforts with broader business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn accounts for brands or individuals.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm, ad platform, and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills tailored to LinkedIn audiences.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM integrations.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing and lead generation strategies.

  • Experience with social media support and social media marketing.
  • Knowledge of additional social media platforms.

Qualifications
