The company is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to join their marketing team, responsible for developing and implementing engaging content to increase online presence, drive brand awareness, and attract potential customers to the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with the dealership's brand image and marketing goals.
Create compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, photos, videos, and written posts, for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to engage with the audience and maintain a positive online reputation.
Plan and manage social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to boost engagement and increase follower growth.
Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to implement innovative strategies.
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and dealership events.
Utilize social media advertising tools to target specific audiences and optimize ad performance.

Requirements

Demonstrated proficiency in major social media platforms, along with a good understanding of social media trends and analytics.
Ability to develop engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with the audience.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple social media channels and campaigns.
A passion for the automotive industry and an understanding of automotive trends and terminology is desirable.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools to measure and interpret data for performance evaluation.
Willingness to adapt to changing social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
