About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and managing social media accounts efficiently.
• Conduct SEO and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening techniques.
• Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure brand consistency across all communications.
• Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.
• Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation and graphic design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating high-quality visuals.
• Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media strategies.
• Strong understanding of web analytics tools to track performance metrics effectively.
• Experience in video editing is a plus for creating engaging multimedia content.
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage audiences effectively.
• Strong proofreading skills with an eye for detail in branding consistency.
• Knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including e-commerce strategies and public relations principles.
• Experience in social media marketing: 3 years.
• Experience in B2B marketing: 2 years.
• High school or equivalent (Required).
