About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop social media campaigns that support the company's messaging and drive traffic to websites and stores.
• Utilize data to measure the performance of all content and digital advertising.
• Engage with customers and followers on social media.
• Write content for website, products, and email to improve SEO and drive traffic.
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Manage digital ads to drive store and website traffic and conversions.
• Establish relationships with social media influencers to partner with to drive awareness.
• Follow all social media, SEO, and digital advertising trends.
• Communicate effectively to all team members and company leadership.

Requirements

• Experience managing campaigns on social media and digital ad platforms.
• Experience in communications and/or marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media and technology.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Skilled at crafting content that tells a story and connects with the intended audience.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Pinterest.
• Organized and able to multitask.
• Willingness to be on camera.
