About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Write compelling captions and develop visually appealing assets (graphics, short videos) using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and implement best practices to keep content fresh.
• Track key organic and paid media metrics, compiling insights to optimize content and campaign strategies.
• Assist in preparing performance reports to share with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in social media management, paid media, or digital marketing (internships count!).
• Strong writing skills with an eye for engaging, on-brand content.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools).
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and reporting tools.
• Interest in learning and supporting paid media campaigns.
