The Social Media Supervisor role involves leading social media strategy and execution, managing day-to-day channel activities, and connecting creativity with performance to drive relevance and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and hands-on execution of social media campaigns - from content planning and publishing to reporting and optimization.
  • Identify emerging trends, formats, and platform innovations early, and translate them into actionable strategies that keep clients ahead of the curve.
  • Build and scale influencer and ambassador programs, leveraging creators to drive storytelling, reach, and trust.
  • Manage social strategy and content workflows across platforms, ensuring brand voice and goals show up natively and consistently.
  • Analyze performance metrics and turn insights into sharp optimizations, new opportunities, and clear reporting for clients.
  • Collaborate across strategy, account, creative, PR, performance marketing, and media to ensure social ideas are integrated, on-brand, and ladder up to broader campaign goals.
  • Partner with PR team to amplify earned media with smart social distribution and paid support.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and organic growth opportunities, positioning social as a core driver of brand relevance and ROI.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in social media marketing, with an agency background preferred and a portfolio demonstrating social thinking across formats, channels, and verticals.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C environments, with the ability to shift tone, voice, and tactics to meet audience needs.
  • Proven success managing paid social campaigns and budgets to drive measurable ROI, with deep platform knowledge across Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and beyond.
  • Comfortable running the day-to-day activities such as scheduling posts, community management, and tweaking paid campaigns when needed.
  • Fluent in analytics and performance reporting, with the ability to distill insights into actionable recommendations for clients and teams.
