About the Role

We at Kelly® are seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Specialist to work at a top pharmaceutical client out of Rochester, New York. This role involves monitoring social media comments, responding to inquiries, and handling product quality complaints using tools like Sprout Social and Salesforce.com. Key Responsibilities

Monitoring and responding to comments across the company's social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) via Sprout Social.
Identifying and logging inquiries, adverse events, and product quality complaints using Sprout Social and Salesforce.com.
Responding to consumer emails related to social media interactions and complaints.

Requirements

Have a High School Diploma (required); college experience is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in a customer service role.
Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
Medical terminology knowledge.
Are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Available to work on weekends.
Previous experience monitoring social media for a large company.

Nice to Have

College experience in addition to high school diploma.

Qualifications

High School Diploma (required).
Experience in customer service, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
