Key Responsibilities

Write and manage test cases for Zoom meetings in TestZoom or similar case management tools
Design and execute test plans for product releases
Use JIRA to report and manage bugs
Use UIautomator, Appium and Python to implement framework of test automation and write TA cases
Setup and maintain the test automation devices lab
Work with developer and support engineers to reproduce and troubleshoot customer issues
Build release packages in Jenkins
Setup Jenkins pipeline for builds
Monitor and troubleshoot daily builds and deployment
Perform deployment validation through manual and automated testing

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent
Must have 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
Must have 5 years of experience in utilizing Python for cross-platform automation testing, especially for web and mobile applications
Must have 5 years of experience in utilizing Atomacos and UI Automation for macOS and Windows platform user interface automation testing
Must have 5 years of experience in utilizing Pytest to manage user interface and application programming interface test cases
Must have 5 years of experience in using Requests to write and maintain cases for API automation testing
Must have 5 years of experience in utilizing Jenkins for auto trigger and build of all platform product packages
Must have 5 years of experience in utilizing CI/CD workflows for auto build and testing
Must have 5 years of experience in administrating test automation labs and maintaining devices
Must have 5 years of experience in utilizing GitLab for automated testing, code review, and merge requests

Nice to Have

Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
Knowledge of additional automation tools or scripting languages

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
