About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute software test plans using automated and manual testing methods.
• Transform manual test documentation into automated test scripts.
• Present progress and results of automated testing efforts to relevant teams.
• Continuously improve testing productivity and efficiency through innovative tools and techniques.
• Utilize test standards, procedures, and functional specifications for test approaches.
• Set up, configure, and maintain automated testing environments in a continuous integration setting.
• Stay current on new technologies and best practices related to software testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a computer support or information technology environment.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree in the related fields plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a computer support or information technology environment.
• Experience with hardware, software, and network knowledge.
• Proficiency in Java with all Spring modules.
• Experience with Angular and Web Technologies.
• Knowledge of Oracle and MySQL databases.
• Experience with Cloud Technologies including PCF and GCP.
• Experience with testing in isolation with Service Virtualization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.
• Experience with ServiceNow.

Nice to Have

• Related advanced degree that may offset experience requirements.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of directly related experience can be substituted for one (1) year of education.
