About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and departments to align on testing goals
• Detect, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies
• Analyze testing results and submit detailed reports to the development team
• Create test designs, test cases, and maintain test documentation
• Conduct testing in accordance with defined standards and procedures
• Ensure consistent execution of testing protocols throughout the software lifecycle
• Perform testing across all phases: design, development, testing, release, and maintenance

Requirements

• Proven experience in Android and mobile application testing, including field testing
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective team player with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
