About the Role

Solutions Consultant at Adobe is a creative problem-solving leader for the sales team, responsible for guiding solutions for client experience (CX) problems facing the largest enterprises in the world. The role involves crafting solution visions that address prospects' most meaningful business challenges, tailoring use-cases to articulate the value of Adobe Experience Cloud, and mastering industry-specific challenges within the High Tech sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Guide solutions for client experience (CX) problems facing large enterprises.
  • Craft solution visions that address prospects' most meaningful business problems.
  • Tailor use-cases to clearly articulate the context and value of Adobe Experience Cloud in the customer's daily work stream.
  • Master the challenges faced within the High Tech industry and understand how the Experience Cloud architecture addresses these challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver creative solutions.
  • Manage multiple work streams simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated interest in digital transformation, presentation, leadership, mentorship, and enablement.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to work with people at all levels in an organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and hands-on approach to work.
  • Ability to clearly communicate sophisticated ideas verbally and in writing.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Experience with enterprise marketing technology (CMS, DAM, Analytics, Testing, Personalization, Email, Account Based Marketing, CDPs, DMPs, DSPs).
  • Five years in a technical pre-sales, consulting, or digital marketing environment for High-Tech companies.
  • Experience with Forms and Documents processes is a plus.
  • Project management skills to deliver solutions that exceed customer needs.
  • Proficiency with graphics programs such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, or Keynote.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills, with writing samples advantageous.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with enterprise marketing technology (CMS, DAM, Analytics, Testing, Personalization, Email, Account Based Marketing, CDPs, DMPs, DSPs).
  • Experience with Forms and Documents processes.

Qualifications

  • Five years of experience in a technical pre-sales, consulting, or digital marketing environment for High-Tech companies.
