Job Description

About the Role

The Integrated Digital Specialist (IDS) is responsible for supporting the sales department in generating and growing digital marketing service revenue for the company. The IDS will serve as the market's subject matter expert on digital support services and the implementation of digital campaigns to achieve budgeted revenue goals. This role involves supporting sales executives and management with the Nexstar Digital suite of digital marketing services, including targeted video and display, OTT/Connected TV, social media marketing, targeted responder email, SEO/SEM, sponsorships, and more, with the aim of advancing client objectives and achieving KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales department in generating and growing digital marketing service revenue.
  • Be the market's subject matter expert on digital support services and campaign implementation.
  • Support sales executives and management with the implementation of Nexstar Digital digital marketing services/products.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market sales strategies and tactics with Digital Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
  • Establish, maintain, and grow meaningful client relationships.
  • Support initiatives to generate new digital marketing services business and grow existing client accounts.
  • Educate and promote the benefits of digital marketing internally and externally.
  • Coordinate with Digital Sales Managers and Account Executives to traffic creative campaigns.
  • Communicate with Account Executives and clients regarding campaign management, reporting, and optimization.

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Business, Marketing, Advertising or Communications preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in digital marketing and client support preferred.
  • Ability to obtain Google Ads Certification.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge and ability to implement strategies to exceed client goals.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter capable of working independently and in a team.
  • Effective data input skills into sales systems.
  • Effective communication and client support skills.
  • Organized with attention to detail on all systems.
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Creative software skills are a nice to have.
