About the Role

The iHeartMedia Sports Account Executive role involves leveraging various platforms to sell advertising opportunities related to sports teams such as the Miami Dolphins and Miami Marlins. The position is part of a leading audio company that reaches a vast audience across radio, digital, social media, podcasts, and events. Key Responsibilities

  • Learn the ins and outs of iHeart's Broadcast, Sports Assets, and Digital Marketing Products.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings with clients and research.
  • Cultivate existing business using the full suite of iHeart's products.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns.
  • Use storytelling skills to deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data to meet client expectations.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude and excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Proven sports sales experience.
  • Ability to plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
  • Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise professional judgment.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks effectively.
  • Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus but not required.
  • Natural ability to communicate product information clearly and actively listen to customer needs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing complex, multi-platform campaigns.
  • Analytics experience.
  • iHeart and/or audio advertising background.
  • Well-connected in the market.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
