About the Role

The Sr. Analyst - Marketing - Innovation at Kraft Heinz is a key member of the Taste Elevation Innovation team, responsible for building marketing and innovation fundamentals including analytical, strategic, consumer insights, team leadership, commercialization, and business acumen. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to commercialize innovation pipelines, leveraging data to drive business impact, and fostering an innovative culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Heinz Innovation team and cross-functional partners (R&D, consumer insights, sales, finance, operations, quality, and legal) to commercialize the innovation pipeline for Heinz to enter current and new categories.
  • Leverage syndicated data sources to understand innovation performance and trends, providing insights and recommendations to drive business impact.
  • Develop revenue and profit forecasts for new innovations and renovations, working with finance, sales, R&D, and operations.
  • Support the development of go-to-market plans including customer sell stories.
  • Contribute to the innovation culture across the Heinz team by bringing outside-in perspectives, challenging the status quo, and driving continuous improvement in innovation processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, with a preference for a Marketing emphasis.
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and demonstrated innovative mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and execution skills, with the ability to move quickly and manage time effectively.
  • Highly collaborative attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and trends into actionable conclusions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Marketing emphasis preferred).
