About the Role

The Sr. Analyst Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) will contribute to Coffee & Beverages' profitability through support of strategic pricing initiatives, insights, and implementation. This position involves ensuring the execution of pricing strategies, developing pricing insights, and optimizing go-to-market pricing strategies within Nestlé's Coffee & Beverage Division, which includes brands like Starbucks, Coffee-Mate, Nescafé, Nesquik, and others. The role supports a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment aimed at delighting consumers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • In close collaboration with Sales, Category and Finance teams, lead consumer-based pricing strategies and create long term profitable growth.
  • Drive pricing and trade strategy, support, and monitor implementation, and evaluate performance on an ongoing basis, providing recommendations to improve pricing realization and implementation quality assurance and integrity.
  • Monitor data and business results for insights of the business, competitors, and brands for early indications of business or market trends, and provide proactive, data-backed recommendations to enhance opportunities or mitigate risks.
  • Develop pricing recommendations (proposed prices and overall impact) based on analysis and understanding of implications to category portfolio, sales, finance, operations, supply chain, and overall business objectives.
  • Present and facilitate discussion on Pricing recommendations to cross functional teams and contribute to Pricing Business Review with Senior Leaders.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of progressive responsibility in pricing, sales finance, category management or similar function.
  • Experience in pricing strategy, finance, or business analysis.
  • Experience with data modeling and syndicated data.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
  • Ability to formulate pricing strategies that enhance brand value and align with overall business strategy.
  • Solid analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills with the ability to utilize data for clear analysis and insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable explaining complex pricing concepts across the organization.
  • Computer skills: MS Windows, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, basic SQL programming, and visualization software preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with IRI, PTA, & TVD tools for analyzing historical activity, category trends, and industry pricing.
  • Experience with data visualization software.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Economics.
