About the Role

At T-Mobile, we are expanding our Fiber services and seeking a Senior Commercial Marketing Manager to lead offer planning, strategy, and modeling. This high-impact, strategy-first role sits at the intersection of growth innovation and cutting-edge fiber technology, responsible for developing and optimizing the offer strategy for our fiber portfolio, identifying new market opportunities, building business cases, and shaping go-to-market execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The position involves collaboration across multiple teams and a focus on driving subscriber and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead offer planning and strategy for T-Mobile Fiber, developing pricing, promotions, and product positioning that align with business goals.
  • Partner across cross-functional teams - including Market Intelligence, Product, Engineering, and Marketing - to shape and execute a cohesive growth strategy.
  • Dive into data to uncover insights that drive sustainable subscriber and revenue growth.
  • Build detailed business cases (MRC, CLV, CapEx, tenure) to support new initiatives and optimize existing products.
  • Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership, backed by clear rationale and forward-looking modeling.
  • Align with channel leadership to ensure successful execution across all sales channels and market segments.
  • Be a thought leader in product roadmap development, offer innovation, and customer experience strategy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing or strategic planning, ideally within tech, telecom, CPG, or related industries.
  • Strong analytical background with the ability to build business models and make data-informed decisions.
  • Proven experience in offer creation, pricing strategy, and cross-functional project leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment; proactive, adaptable, and resourceful.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s or MBA strongly preferred.

  • Experience in launching or managing subscription-based services.
  • Background in fiber, broadband, or telecom industries.
  • A passion for customer-centric innovation.
