About the Role

As a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to achieve results for Honeywell Building Management Systems (BMS). You will be accountable for developing and executing customer marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and offering management, you will understand customer needs and develop targeted campaigns. Your expertise in analyzing market trends and customer data will enable you to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement. Core to this role will be building effective product marketing, content marketing and sales enablement assets to empower regional marketing teams to drive demand. You will work out of our Atlanta, GA, Plymouth, MN, Charlotte, NC or Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enabling the multi-fold New-Product-Introduction (NPI) launches associated with the BMS-Honeywell portfolio, ensuring messaging, marketing assets, sales enablement, and regional readiness are achieved on-time and in compliance with global design models.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including sales and offering management, to understand customer and dealer needs, value proposition, personas, and the customer decision journey to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive customer and dealer engagement and loyalty which contribute to Honeywell's lead-to-revenue model.
  • Manage dealer communications, dealer portal, and dealer enablement content.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement.
  • Manage the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience across all touchpoints.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to monitor and optimize campaign performance and track customer interactions.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Work with creative services to develop compelling marketing collateral and assets.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Results-oriented mindset, as we are driven by achieving measurable outcomes and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and people-oriented skills, with the ability to build relationships, effectively convey ideas, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the building automation industry and its competitive landscape.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of a two-step distribution model and channel marketing strategies.
  • Experience with the building automation industry.
