About the Role

The Senior Digital Business Manager at T-Mobile delivers key outcomes through web/app experiences by leading in a matrixed cross-functional environment and mentoring junior team members. The role partners with Marketing, Lines of Business, and Creative teams to ensure enterprise campaigns are effectively delivered in digital channels, with a focus on achieving quarterly targets. It is a data-driven, outcomes-oriented position that emphasizes experimentation, continual improvement, and collaboration across various departments to enhance customer satisfaction, increase online and omni-channel sales, and reduce costs. The role operates autonomously, designing strategies, defining goals, and leveraging tools to measure success, with opportunities to work at the Frisco, TX and Bellevue, WA hubs on a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive digital strategies to deliver business outcomes across the prospect and base customer lifecycle, including activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, cross-sell, win-back, and saves.
  • Define digital strategies, measurement plans, user flows, and creative learning agendas to support business goals and analyze relevant data to optimize campaign and site performance.
  • Leverage data analysis, map customer journeys, define customer segmentation, and develop marketing plans to deliver success against these segments and phases.
  • Identify experience gaps to understand customer satisfaction and motivations, developing insights to inform traffic strategies and product roadmaps.
  • Define and implement tactics, test plans, and optimization strategies across web for prospect and customer flows to meet acquisition and engagement metrics.
  • Lead merchandising and traffic flow efforts to move customers through the funnel, including customer segmentation and tailored experiences.
  • Create planning materials, impact sizing, forecasts, and performance measurement artifacts to set up projects for success.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and automation, working cross-functionally on implementation.
  • Communicate marketing objectives, strategies, and achievements to senior leaders and key partners.
  • Act as a business investor and customer advocate to champion optimal digital experiences.
  • Use consumer and market data to develop hypotheses and create test-and-learn plans for improving digital experiences and functionality.
  • Lead transformation through continual optimization and scalable process development.
  • Share standard methodologies and best practices across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Merchandising, eCommerce, or similar fields.
  • 4-7 years of experience using data and metrics to measure impact and identify improvements.
  • 4-7 years of cross-functional project management experience.
  • 2-4 years of internet B2C commerce experience responsible for site merchandising.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Analytics for building and modifying dashboards.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Stack to support testing and contextualized experiences.
  • Ability to source and manipulate complex data sets using pivot tables and V-lookups.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodology and implementation.
  • Ability to develop customer segments and tailored content to increase engagement.
  • Basic web language manipulation skills (e.g., HTML) are helpful.
  • Highly preferred: Ability to write basic SQL.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • At least 18 years of age.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with tools like Tableau for data visualization.
  • Experience in project scoping, forecasting, planning, budget management, risk management, and change control.
  • Experience working in the US wireless industry (carrier, OEM, software provider, infrastructure provider, consulting, or research).
