About the Role

The Senior Director, Local Corporate Store Marketing is responsible to lead a team that will oversee the Brand efforts, marketing activation and sales ambition for the corporate owned portfolio. This role is responsible to drive brand consideration and sales by leveraging both national and local strategies, promotions, and plans. The role involves building the Look of Success for each promotion, measuring marketing impact on revenue and margin targets, and supporting the opening of new or remodeled Corporate Stores. It requires developing differentiated, consumer-focused marketing strategies to enhance brand perception and maximize long-term sales growth. The role is part of the Marketing Leadership team with a dotted line into the Corporate Operations leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead focused sales and marketing strategy in all corporate operated markets to ensure healthy brand growth and top-line sales.
  • Oversee and develop the corporate annual plan and activations to achieve marketing strategies and sales ambitions.
  • Identify the impact of each marketing program on new restaurant openings, comparable sales, and profitability, and adapt strategies based on learnings.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Digital leadership to integrate Papa Johns marketing approach into corporate restaurants as the Brand standard for the system.
  • Extend and amplify national promotions, pricing, and calendar decisions to drive brand consideration at the local market level.
  • Facilitate development of scalable local sales plans.
  • Build effective working relationships with cross-functional partners and key operators to support brand strategies.
  • Hold agencies and internal teams accountable for compliance and delivery of strategic plans at the store level.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading sales and marketing strategies in a multi-market environment.

  • Experience in measuring marketing impact on sales and profitability.
  • Ability to adapt strategies based on market and consumer insights.
