About the Role

The Senior Analyst, E-Business at Nestlé USA plays a critical role in driving the company's digital transformation and e-commerce growth. Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret e-commerce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Manage tactical execution of promotional plans with marketing team alignment, agency input, and collaborate with customers to optimize builds. Post performance analysis.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of online sales and marketing campaigns.
Create detailed reports and dashboards to present findings and recommendations to senior management. Conduct monthly sales reporting and business reviews for key accounts.
Analyze customer behavior and feedback to enhance the online shopping experience.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform e-commerce strategies.
Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
Collaborate with the web development team to optimize website performance, usability, and conversion rates.
Work with sales, marketing, IT, and customer service teams to align e-commerce initiatives with business goals.
