About the Role

The Senior Growth Consultant, ERA Real Estate is responsible for driving growth and brand engagement strategies on behalf of and in partnership with ERA Real Estate franchisees within a defined territory. The focus of this role is on retention, growth, and optimization to achieve performance metrics and deliver a world-class brand customer experience. This position works remotely, with travel up to 25%, primarily on the West Coast of the United States, and involves managing processes and projects independently under leadership guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support high-expectation organizations with a focus on top-tier franchises to drive growth and engagement.
  • Lead field support by partnering with Franchise Sales to evaluate and prioritize markets, develop growth strategies, and present at prospect-facing brand presentations, showcases, and events.
  • Identify opportunities with a focus on organic gain, strategic consolidation, transfer, M&A, and roll-in events to drive growth.
  • Drive key metrics such as agent recruiting, retention, per-agent production, adjusted gross commissions, transaction sides, franchise sales growth, and brand engagement.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand franchise footprints and increase market share.
  • Lead complex consulting engagements involving financial analysis, expense management, and business planning to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct business planning, including benchmarking key metrics and setting strategic goals for franchisees.
  • Build brand engagement in partnership with Vice President and Brand Leadership.
  • Ensure brand leadership is involved in critical franchise matters.
  • Identify and escalate movement within franchise servicing profiles to the Vice President for review and approval.
  • Develop and conduct virtual sessions on industry and brand topics.
  • Manage compliance, handle contractual changes, deal team, approvals, and compliance issues within the Book of Business.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of business consulting or coaching experience, preferably with large and complex brokerages or businesses.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
  • Ability to understand franchisee goals and help grow their business.
  • Strong skills in influencing, relationship management, collaboration, and conflict resolution.
  • Strategic and creative problem solver with outcome-focused thinking.
  • Excellent organizational and change management skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, combined with persuasive presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented professional focused on targeting and measuring results.
  • Reside near a major airport with the ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Knowledge of real estate trends, technologies, and practices affecting the business (preferred).
  • Experience in the real estate or franchising industry (preferred).
