About the Role

Wayfair Professional, the B2B arm of Wayfair.com, is seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Manager to serve as the Head of Digital Marketing. This role involves owning the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid digital marketing channels across the customer lifecycle, with a focus on delivering seamless and interconnected customer experiences that drive both acquisition and retention. The position manages a significant ad spend, mentors a team of analysts, and collaborates cross-functionally with various teams to drive data-driven, customer-first marketing strategies and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of all paid digital marketing initiatives for Wayfair Professional, including Paid Search (PLA, SEM, ToF Search, Paid Brand), Display Advertising, Paid Social, and emerging platforms such as LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other ABM-relevant channels.
  • Lead and mentor a team of four analysts, fostering a high-performance, test-and-learn culture rooted in data, experimentation, and iteration.
  • Leverage analytics to track campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities, and optimize for business impact both through team efforts and individual analysis.
  • Partner closely with the Account Based Marketing team and Sales to align digital marketing strategies with customer segmentation and ABM goals.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Customer Communications, and Brand teams to deliver cohesive messaging across touchpoints, ensuring an integrated experience from first impression through long-term retention.
  • Manage budgets, forecast performance, and allocate spend across channels to maximize ROI.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate emerging channels and technologies to drive innovation within the B2B marketing space.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated expertise across paid channels; B2B marketing experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical rigor, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for the customer and a drive to build best-in-class experiences across the buyer journey.
  • Proven success in managing and scaling high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, and Brand organizations, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Experience with marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, DSPs, and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with Account Based Marketing approaches and associated tools is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
