Sr. Manager, GenAI

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Help define, own, and drive the strategic vision for GenAI initiatives across the organization to transform marketing operations, content creation, and customer engagement for the Marketing System of Record.
• Lead cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and marketing leaders to align GenAI initiatives with brand goals, campaign KPIs, and customer journey strategies.
• Oversee the development and deployment of scalable GenAI models and platforms for hyper-personalized content, dynamic ad generation, and automated campaign design.
• Partner with executive leadership to align GenAI capabilities with business goals.
• Drive innovation in AI-generated creative assets (e.g., copy, images, video scripts) for omnichannel marketing.
• Evaluate and prioritize high-impact GenAI use cases across departments and implement GenAI platforms for marketing automation, A/B testing, and real-time content optimization.
• Ensure ethical use of AI in customer data handling, personalization, and brand voice consistency.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and external partnerships in the AI ecosystem.
• Monitor ROI of GenAI initiatives across paid media, email, social, and content marketing.
• Mentor and develop GenAI talent, fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.
• Represent the marketing AI vision in executive meetings, industry events, and thought leadership forums.

Requirements

• 7+ years relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technology, operations management, business administration, or related field
• Ability to identify, manage, and help mitigate issues and risks
• Highly organized and ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Strong IT skills, including database development
• Proactive, analytical, and organized attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS or CMS systems
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Figma, Microsoft O365

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• 7-10 Years of relevant work experience

• Base pay dependent on experience, ranging from $130,346.32 to $195,519.48
• Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the applicable plan
