Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Lead planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including digital, email, social media, events, and content marketing.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize marketing tactics to improve ROI.
  • Oversee the development of marketing content, collateral, and creative assets.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
  • Identify market opportunities, trends, and customer insights through research and analytics.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
  • Support the achievement of SCAN's Vision and Goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or senior-level role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, social media platforms).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic planning skills to develop long-term marketing strategies.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire marketing teams.
  • Competence in handling multiple projects and timelines.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking for innovative campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration skills across departments.
  • Technical proficiency with marketing tools and platforms.

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Budget management skills.
  • Ability to assess competitive landscapes and shape marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of brand management principles.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo.
  • Experience working in healthcare or senior services sectors.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Base Pay Range: $106,200 to $153,705 annually.
