Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute detailed, metric-based marketing plans for new and enhanced programs within the Payor Solutions portfolio, including positioning efforts for B2B and B2C markets.
Lead 2-3 direct reports and demonstrate experience in people leadership.
Create and implement multi-channel communication plans, including breakthrough positioning and messaging to attract and convert prospects and leads.
Partner with key stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Sales Enablement to align strategies and deliver results.
Develop creative briefs, provide direction and feedback to creative partners, ensuring deliverables meet strategy and legal guidelines.
Design impactful go-to-market strategies and launch plans to support business growth.
Establish and leverage analytics to measure campaign success, continuously optimize campaigns, and innovate for better results.
Manage marketing budget, including forecasting expenses, tracking invoices, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Requirements

7-10 years of experience in healthcare or a related industry with relevant marketing considerations.
3+ years of cross-functional leadership experience.
2+ years of management experience, including managing at least one direct report.
Expertise in B2B and B2C marketing, particularly with Fortune 500 clients, and experience leveraging cross-channel marketing approaches.
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally at all organizational levels to influence and lead.
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and collaborate effectively across large, multifaceted organizations.
Strong storytelling skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling messages.

Nice to Have

Experience in healthcare marketing or related fields.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Experience in developing sales enablement materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or relevant equivalent experience.
