About the Role

Thomson Reuters' Demand Generation Team is dedicated to developing and implementing innovative and effective integrated marketing campaigns across a range of industry-leading products. This Manager role assists with setting the strategic approach, planning and performance prioritization for Thomson Reuters demand generation within the Legal segment for the United States, delivering on the unique customer needs of these significant markets to ultimately drive marketing attributed sales, revenue, and growth in this segment. The role requires a digitally savvy, data-driven leader to drive robust and integrated marketing strategies, focusing on transforming digital channels, demand generation, and product marketing to support E-commerce sales for the legal segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help determine buying journey for E-commerce channel.
  • Partner with digital and product marketing teams to research and define buying personas.
  • Assist with creation, planning and activation of innovative marketing strategies for the Legal E-commerce segment, with a focus on transforming and optimizing digital channels, demand generation, and product marketing groups.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report the impact of campaign and demand generation activities on marketing and sales pipeline, revenue, and demand funnel velocity.
  • Deeply understand Legal go-to-market strategies, insights, personas, customer segmentation, and competitive intelligence to translate business goals into marketing strategies.
  • Partner closely and/or create working processes across the marketing organization to bring strategies and plans to life through thoughtful planning, content integration, and effective translation into demand generation programs.
  • Deliver effective marketing strategies to fuel digital sales.
  • Monitor success of planning processes and identify opportunities to optimize and leverage best practices.
  • Consistently monitor digital sales performance data of assigned sub-segment; derive insights and action items for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or demand generation with a deep understanding of marketing frameworks and channel activation.
  • BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and relationship-building skills across multiple levels and functions.
  • Strong E-commerce, paid and organic digital experience, and CX thinking is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of modern demand generation technologies, platforms, and systems.
  • Experience organizing and executing events, tradeshows, and conferences.
  • Experience or knowledge of the Legal markets is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Educational background with BA/BS degree; MBA preferred.
