We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Manager, Marketing Technologies Systems, to join our Technology team. This role involves working alongside Marketing, Strategy, Analytics, and various business leaders to support Marketing initiatives and drive technological innovation in marketing platforms and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new Martech and Adtech technologies to improve customer engagement, retention, and lead generation.
  • Manage and implement marketing platforms such as email marketing platforms, Campaign management, ESPs, SMS, Personalization, DAM, PAM, Social & GTM platforms.
  • Enable and manage integrations with adtech platforms such as affiliates, social media, video, Ad exchange, DSP.
  • Ensure scalable and secure architecture that complies with IT and data governance standards.
  • Drive integration and data flow across CRM, CMS, ESPs, CDP, DAM, social platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions align with overall business goals.
  • Design and implement marketing technology strategies and workflows to optimize the customer journey.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into the company's strategy.
  • Manage a team of permanent employees and consultants, mentor teams, and set and monitor goals through quarterly reviews.
  • Responsible for the implementation of projects, vendor negotiations, and seeking cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage and train marketing teams on the use of marketing technology tools.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology budget.
  • Provide and maintain technical documentation, training, and support for stakeholders.
  • Work with business partners to prioritize work streams and establish repeatable frameworks.
  • Manage multimillion dollar and multiyear IT programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or greater in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience managing large teams and multitasking effectively.
  • Experience with marketing platforms with technical depth.
  • Well-versed with technology such as design, architecture, and integrations.
  • 10 years experience in implementing customer communication channels such as Email and SMS.
  • 7 years experience building and leading high-performing technology teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills with both technical and business partners.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience integrating various marketing and advertising tools (e.g., CRM, automation platforms, DSPs, DMPs, CDPs) into a cohesive system.
  • Thorough understanding of Campaign life cycles and extensive management of digital campaign solutions.
  • Experience managing multiyear, multimillion-dollar programs with multiple vendors.
  • High intellectual curiosity and work ethic.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in retail or specialty retail environments.
  • Knowledge of industry trends in digital marketing and marketing technology.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
