Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the reimagining of our daily promotional strategy, managing a high-volume, fast-paced promotional calendar to drive long-term growth.
  • Pull, analyze, and present promotional campaign performance data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, using insights to inform ongoing adjustments.
  • Fine-tune promotional financial forecasts and oversee the promotional P&L for owned brands, advising on assortment inclusion and strategy.
  • Support and often lead company-wide and executive-level presentations, translating complex promotional results into clear, actionable narratives.
  • Build and execute high-volume, high-growth partner marketing programs across multiple channels including email, social, and blog.
  • Own the strategy and execution for onsite marketing features such as homepage banners, category headers, and seasonal spotlights.
  • Oversee marketing efforts for seasonal campaigns, creating engaging, relevant ideas to drive discovery, engagement, and product exposure.
  • Identify and implement solutions and partnerships to improve efficiency, simplify processes, and ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce, with a strong preference for backgrounds in CPG, and understanding of digital impact strategies.
  • Several years of hands-on experience managing and executing revenue-driving promotional strategies with a focus on engagement and revenue growth.
  • Strong ability to craft and execute compelling brand storytelling that resonates and provides measurable value.
  • Comfortable pulling and analyzing data to identify trends, measure performance, and refine strategies for business impact.
  • Experience with P&L management and using data to optimize decision-making and maximize profitability is a bonus.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring small teams, fostering growth, collaboration, and high performance.
